Working alongside our Reception Manager, you will deal with any guest requests, and ensure that special guest instructions are planned for, communicated, and carried out.You will possess a clear, considerate telephone manner, a good head for numbers, exceptional organisation skills, and IT conversance. Naturally, you will bring with you excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player, working to deliver the best experience for guests as a collective.
