Sponge has ambitious plans to become the leading online cake business in the UK and we are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work in our Holt Office under the guidance and supervision of our Office Manager.
Job description
The job involves mostly communicating with customers through our customer service platform Zendesk. You will be answering customer enquiries and dealing with any issues or changes to existing orders. Previous experience using Zendesk would be a benefit but not essential. Previous experience in office setting required.
It also involves answering the phones to both our retail online customers and also our trade customers and dealing with them in an efficient and kind manner.
Working Week : Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Salary : £9.50-£11.00 per hour
