The Company

Established in 2004, o3 group have been supplying hand dryers and other bespoke washroom and hygiene solutions for some exciting and prestigious clients and projects locally, nationally and internationally.

Clients include the likes of Titanic Exhibition Centre, American Embassy (London & Reykjavik), Virgin, Barclays, Royal Albert Hall, AMG Petronas and Merlin’s Thorpe Park. We are uniquely positioned in distributing directly for the world’s leading hand dryer brands including Dyson Airblade, Xlerator, Airforce, World Dryer, Airdri, Lovair, Pebble and more.

The Role

As first-point of contact for all inbound sales and customer services enquiries, you will be the voice of the business, dealing with enquiries about a range of related products. You will be responsible for maintaining and initiating relationships with electrical wholesalers across UK and Ireland along with leading electrical contracting firms, architects and specifiers, quantity surveyors and end users. With access to ‘Barbour ABI’, the industry's largest, live database of ongoing building projects across UK and Ireland, you will have a unique insight into upcoming large and small-scale projects across the country which are all relevant to our company’s products.

You will have the opportunity to create, or assist in creating, campaigns and strategies considering the target audience, potential and emerging markets, key stakeholders in those markets and the best approach with which to approach them. Working closely with senior staff and digital marketing team, you will be at the forefront of all marketing campaigns.

The Person

We need a self-starting individual with a can-do attitude who enjoys working as an essential part of a small, close-knit team.

While some experience in a similar role is essential, you will be given training in all aspects of the company’s systems, products and techniques. You must be adept in dealing with a wide range of customer types and personalities with the right approach and organised manner to resolve all enquiries and provide the professional service which is expected from our long-standing clients. A knowledge of, or interest in, digital marketing through social media etc. would be an advantage.

As communication is key, you will have fluent English and grammar, good attention to detail and strong PC skills. Above all, being comfortable in dealing with customers and a willingness to learn is crucial.

The Location

Set amongst the lush fields of Royal Hillsborough but easily accessible directly off the A1 you are just a 10-minute drive from Lisburn and Dromore and on the doorstep of Hillsborough’s historic village.

The Specifics

  • £22,500 - £42,500 OTE reviewed annually
