Customer Service Advisor (hybrid remote)
£20,800 basic salary , a monthly performance bonus of up to £650, you can work from home 3 /5 days a week and we will provide you with all the necessary equipment to get yourself started!
What will you be doing?
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be speaking to customers through inbound calls and dealing with any queries they may have. You will be solving problems and going the extra mile to provide fantastic customer service. Also processing orders and updating customer accounts with relevant detail in an accurate and timely manner.
