We are working with a fast-growing technology company specialising in the development and provision of touch screen visitor management solutions based in Morley, Leeds. They are looking for Customer Service Support people to join their brilliant team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing market leader. We are looking for people to take ownership of 1st line technical issues and provide high qualitytelephone and remote support to their customers. In this role you’ll be responsible for: - Answering incoming calls and chats - Responding to and working on support tickets - Managing assigned tickets in a timely manner, ensuring customers are kept up to date - Ensuring all queries / issues are logged accurately on the ticketing system (Zendesk) - Following documented processes, remote support and continually training and talking to customers through the support and training guides; promoting self-help - Learning and understanding all products in depth - Continuously contributing towards our service guides and knowledge - Meeting objectives and KPI’s You will need the following skills: - Strong ability to problem-solve and thinking logically. - Friendly, warm and welcoming - A team player with a "one team" mentality - Solid listening skills - Drive for personal development What you’ll get from the company: - A scorecard; designed around supporting your development and progression - Documented Monthly 121s - Progression and Career conversations/planning - A competitive salary - Private healthcare - Pension scheme - An extra birthday treat; your birthday off work! - Free on-site parking This company has a brilliant culture and working environment, each person has a passion for the technology they create and how it impacts the organisations they work alongside. Salary is £19,000 rising to £20,000 after 6 months probation.
