We are seeking dynamic individuals for our Service Team based in our contact centre in Leigh on Sea.

Our Customer Service Co-ordinators are the liaison point between the customer, supplier and engineer, responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of the service to ensure we provide a high-quality experience to our customers.

  • Allocating jobs to the relevant engineer
  • Speaking to engineers to monitor progress
  • Taking details of work to be carried out and pricing accordingly
  • Updating customers with information

You will need to have initiative and common sense but also be able to follow procedure. You will be dealing with queries relating to existing and potential work, and you will be able to recognise and action problems and escalate when necessary. A high level of attention to detail is essential.

Experience of working in logistics or a customer service environment is ideal but not essential, however you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be really confident on the phone.

Hours: Tuesday 15.00-22.00

Wednesday 15.00-20.00

Friday 15.00-22.00

Saturday 18.00-01.00

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 19 per week
