I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Service Co-ordinator to be based in Birchwood. This is a 6-month contract to work for one of the world's leading manufacturers of highway machinery and diesel engines.
Hourly Rate: £21.17 Umbrella
Location: Birchwood
Contract: 6 months
As a Customer Service Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for customers who have inquiries. You will deal with Quotes, orders, invoices and so much more.
The Job : This position is the initial point of contact for the dealer and end-user on customer service and order process issues
- Dealing with customers in relation to products and quotes
- Preparing customers' quotes using internal catalogs whilst working with internal teams if items are out of stock
- Dealing with order status inquiries, and conducting investigations if necessary
- Dealing with policies; explaining procedures and assuring parts are returned for legitimate reasons
Essential Skills :
- Customer Service experience
- Great communication skills, written and verbal
- SAP, Microsoft office, including excel
