Charterhouse Claims are a Claims Management Company based in Sale, Manchester, that specialises in PPI, Plevin, Payday Loans, Irresponsible Lending & PCP Claims.
Have you previously worked as a Customer Service Agent dealing in Mis-sold PPI or similar financial services and are now looking for a new opportunity?
Due to continued expansion, Charterhouse Claims are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to join our expanding team in Sale.
This is a permanent, full time position working Monday to Thursday with an early finish incentive on Friday’s.
You will be speaking to clients to obtain information that we require in order to process their Claims. This is not a sales role and you will not be cold-calling clients.

The role will include daily tasks including;
- Contacting existing clients to obtain further information
- Chasing existing clients for required documents
- Contacting existing clients to request they sign new documents where required
- Updating existing clients on the progress of their claims
- Working alongside the Administration Team to ensure that all necessary documents or requests sent to clients are dealt with
- Updating the CRM to ensure cases are at the correct stage
- A fantastic telephone manner
- Good communication skills
- Confidence in speaking to existing clients and assisting them through their claim journey
- Good organisation skills
- Attention to detail
- Be customer focused
This role will suit somebody who has previously worked in the Claims Management industry dealing Claims.
