About the role : We are pleased to tell you about an exciting opportunity in Saica Natur UK National Accounts Customer Service Team. You will be responsible for the end to end customer journey for your own selected customers, ensuring that your customers receive a first class service from scheduling jobs, raising customer invoices and chasing payments, liaising with third parties and resolvingdisputes.

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Be able to work as part of a team

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

  • Competent with Microsoft packages

  • Willingness to learn about paper and waste material grades Main Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with the sales team to set up new customer accounts and ensure all services are set up correctly

  • Work with designated customers to deliver the end to end customer journey

  • Liaise with 3rd parties to ensure that all customer jobs and allocated and completed in a timely manner

  • Manage third party invoices and ensure paid within 30 days

  • Invoice customers, chase purchase orders and ensure invoices are paid within 30 days

  • Resolve any customer complaints and disputes with the service level agreement timeframes.
