The Position

James Walker Moorflex LTD are recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to join the team in Bingley. As a customer service assistant you will be dealing with internal and external customers. Along with collaborating with the quality service team with the collation of records and quality related documents and material certification.

Key responsibilities

  • Enter sales orders received from UK and overseas customer
  • Process daily shipments through our ERP system and prepare all export documentation.
  • Create returns / replacements through the ERP system
  • Liaise with relevant departments and customers to ensure that MyCase actions are investigated with the relevant business areas as effectively as possible
  • Build great relationships with customers and internal James Walker employees to ensure they receive an exceptional level of service.
  • Answer any customer queries on progress updates or general enquiries
  • To become multifunctional within the Customer Service team in order to provide cover and assistance where necessary.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Minimum Maths & English qualifications - GCSE level A - C or level 4 or above.
  • IT skills - Intermediate level
  • Word, Excel, Outlook, Acrobat Adobe
  • Communication skills
  • Customer focussed
  • Organisational skills
