- Using multiple screens and I.T systems during the call to resolve customer issues
- Dealing with any customer issues in a calm and professional manner
- Previous experience in a similar role in a call centre is essential
- Calm and confident telephone manner
- Strong keyboard and IT skills
- Be willing to have an Enhanced DBS check undertaken
