Your new role You will be a key point of contact for customers and support the sales function with administrative duties. This varied role includes tasks of: Handling queries from customers - checking stock, delivery updates, technical product queries Processing orders by phone and email Liaising with multiple internal teams to solve customer enquiriesProviding quotations Setting up new customer accounts. This is a full-time role, working in their Kingswinford office Monday to Friday.
