What you will do
We are looking for people with a passion for great customer service to become part of our Multi-Channel Contact Centre team that supports customers across all of our brands.
So if you’ve plenty of customer service experience gained from either retail, hospitality, leisure or a call centre setting then we’d love to hear from you.
Our Contact Centre is open from 8am to 8pm 7 days a week so we have a wide variety of working patterns to make sure this fits in with your personal preferences for when you work. You’ll be required to work a Saturday or a Sunday every week.

As the training is intensive it is important that you are able to attend the whole of the course, so consequently, you will be unable to take any holidays during your training period.
Training is Monday - Friday 09:00 - 16:30.
