The Customer Relations Specialist will provide the highest level of customer care, service and resolution.

The Role / Day to Day Duties :

  • Maintaining records and progression of complaints
  • Communicating with branches / senior managers on a daily basis to achieve a satisfactory to outcome both the company and customer where possible
  • Liaising with external organisations such as our partner Finance Companies, Trading Standards and The Motor Ombudsman

Essential criteria (if you do not meet these criteria you will not be interviewed)

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Confident in speaking on the phone
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines
  • Computer literate, especially with Microsoft Office / Excel

Beneficial criteria

  • At least 1 years’ experience in a Customer Service based role preferred but not essential
  • Experience in the Motor trade preferred but not essential
  • A competent understanding of the Consumer Rights Act preferred but not essential
