The Role:

As a Customer Insight Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Provide insights into end-to-end customer journeys
  • Gathering insights from surveys and complaints and delivering true insights
  • Conducts or commissions research to offer valuable insights for businesses
  • Optimising customer journeys to enhance advocacy, loyalty, and customer experience
  • Analyse Voice of customer and speech analysis

Skills/Requirements:

- Mentoring experience

- Insight and Analytics experience

- Matillion desirable
