Customer Experience Executive

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Executive to join a Contracting and Accounting firm based in the Stockport, Cheshire area.

Duties will include :

  • Being the first point of contact, dealing with incoming phone queries regarding their payments and engagement with the company
  • Ensuring that every decision puts the employees and customers at the centre of process
  • Working as part of a team, supporting colleagues with various tasks, and taking on additional duties
  • Answering up to 100 inbound calls per day from customers, employees, and subcontractors, answering any queries they raise
  • Making weekly outbound calls to employee’s and subcontractors to ensure adherence
  • Ensure that compliance with legislation and regulatory requirements are always met
  • Electronically filing documents and updated a software after calls
  • Have at least 1 years’ experience in a customer service environment (ideally inbound telephone based)
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be able to work under pressure and possess an empathetic attitude
  • Have a ‘getting the job done’ attitude
  • Be enthusiastic, with an ability to quickly build a warm relationship with our existing customer
  • Deliver an outstanding customer care by dealing with any enquiries in a knowledgeable and efficient manner
