An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Champion to join our client’s prestigious business based in Aintree, Liverpool. Providing high quality, innovative home improvement products, the business has been established for many years and has seen fantastic growth year on year.

Now, with exciting expansion plans, they are looking for the creme da la creme of Customer Service Champions to ensure their clients have the most amazing customer experience.

Your role will involve handling the customer journey from start to finish and not forgetting the all-important aftercare!

You will inherit and build a client portfolio, developing relationships and ensuring the customer experience is first class.

You will be making outbound calls as well as handling incoming calls, dealing with customer enquiries effectively and efficiently.

You will support the sales team, arranging home appointments for reps, surveyors and installation teams following the customer journey to ensure it flows perfectly!

Strong administration and IT skills are essential along with the ability to prioritise.

Our client uses bespoke software, as well as MS Office, but full training will be provided in its use. Also vital are excellent communication and organisational skills, particularly on the telephone, with a focus on delivering great customer service.

Job Type : Permanent, Hours 8am-5pm Monday-Friday

Basic salary of 24-27K plus performance related bonus.
