Production Team Leader

Proactive Personnel ltd are currently recruiting for 2 experienced Production Team Leaders for our market leading client based in the Stafford area.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, dynamic business in the area. We are looking for candidates who are experienced in a varied production role who have some kind of exposure to assembly / bespoke engineering.We are looking for a Supervisor / Team Leader who has experience working with a variety of products / set ups and production lines. No two days are the same, and adaptability is absolutely key to this role!As part of your role, you will be required to: Plan and organise production resources in order to meet customer requirements.Monitor and control production key performance indicators of cost, quality, delivery, housekeeping, absence etc in accordance with company requirements.Support and drive continuous improvement activities in order to optimise costs, equipment and processes.Leadership of direct reports, building effective teams, develop motivation and commitment, maintain morale and action all disciplinary issues.Ensure compliance with policies and procedures of the company including Health and Safety. 08:00 – 17:00 Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 14:00 Friday.
