Requirements :
- Previous experience working with challenging behaviours, especially in SEMH settings, is highly beneficial.
Key Responsibilities :
- Deliver pre-planned lessons to pupils within the SEND provision.
- Exhibit effective behaviour management strategies.
- Support and guide students with Social, Emotional, Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday
- Previous experience in managing challenging behaviours, particularly in SEMH settings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to implement effective behaviour management techniques
