Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive SEN strategy, ensuring all students receive the support they need to reach their full potential. Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SEN professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Liaise effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support. Oversee statutory assessments and contribute to Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP) processes. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEN interventions, using data to drive continuous improvement.
