Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with expertise in asbestos management to join our team in Bromley. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing contracts, ensuring compliance with all asbestos-related regulations and safety standards. Key responsibilities include:


- Managing and coordinating all contract activities related to asbestos removal and management.

- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, including asbestos-specific guidelines.

- Preparing and reviewing contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring all contractual obligations are met.

- Conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies.

- Liaising with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely completion within budget.

- Providing technical advice and support on asbestos-related matters.

- Maintaining accurate records and documentation.


Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, with specific expertise in asbestos management.

- In-depth knowledge of asbestos regulations and health and safety standards.

- Strong project management and organizational skills.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
