Accounts Manager

M4 Recruitment are currently looking for an Accounts Manager to work within a family-run Coffin Design business, based in Cowley, Oxford.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday (0800 - 1630)

Salary :£25,168.00

Main Duties :

  • All Accounts up to Trial Balance
  • Payroll
  • Pension
  • Utilities
  • Health Insurance
  • Stock Control
  • Customer Care

Essential Skills :

  • Experience of Sage.
  • Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Word, Excel & Database Entry systems.
  • Experience handling customers from all levels.
  • Clear communication - written & verbal.
  • Polite telephone manner with a 'cando’ helpful approach.
  • Ability to multi task and remain calm under pressure.
  • Fully Covid 19 vaccinated

Training will be given if necessary.

Company parking is limited. Public Transport will be beneficial
