This is a permanent part time position based in our Woking store. Core hours are 30 per week and will require working the following shifts on a bi-weekly rota basis: Week A: Saturday 11am - 6pm Monday 12pm - 6pm Wednesday 8am - 2.30pm Thursday 8am - 3pm Friday 1pm - 8pm. Week B: Sunday 10am - 5pm Monday 8am - 2pm Tuesday 2pm - 8pm Wednesday 12pm - 6pm Friday 8am - 4pm. Obsessed with delivering the very best customer service, with a passion for our products and services, a Department Supervisor ensures the team wows every Halfords customer.Thisrole is responsible for the day to day running of a department, supervising and coaching others to ensure we deliver market leading standards to our customers. Supporting the store management team with maximising our services offer and with floor leadership, you’ll ensure the delivery of exceptional standards across the store, to provide a great journey for our customer.A key holder when required you will adhereto all in store security and stock loss procedures.
