As our Continuous Improvement Practitioner, you will be responsible for supporting the Company's continuous improvement strategy.
Key Responsibilities Supporting the operations teams on continuous improvement initiatives throughout the company to meet the Company's Business Goals.
Responsible for supporting or leading improvement initiatives to deliver on value and cost utilising various tools including Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Practical Problem Solving.
Apply the concepts, tools, and training techniques of Lean, Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma (DMAIC) philosophies.
Facilitate the development and implementation of new and innovative ways of working.
Support delivery of in-house training/coaching of Continuous Improvement tools and techniques.
Identify improvement opportunities through working with the shop floor teams and facilitating Kaizen events to drive incremental improvement.
Support/motivate project teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects.
Maintain, manage, analyse and interpret various information databases in order to identify trends and opportunities to improve.
Responsible for bench-marking and best practice sharing, facilitating the achievement of best-in-class operational performance.
Key Requirements: 3rd level qualification required (Bachelor's degree desirable); preferred disciplines: Sciences, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Business Management.

Knowledge of Continuous Improvement tools including Plan Do Check Act, SMED, Root Cause Analysis, 5S, Standard Work, and 5 Whys.
Strong Microsoft Office skills e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience and knowledge manufacturing best practices Demonstrable experience of Lean, Continuous Improvement, Project Management tools and techniques.
