The position will involve the upkeep of steam systems on the estate plus associated mechanical plant room. The role is a Permanent position, Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm (40 hours) plus extensive overtime. Salary up to 41.8k basic (plus overtime). On-call TBCJob Specification: • Strong experience of planned & reactive maintenance works of a mechanical bias – alongside good general steam and M&E maintenance knowledge.• Works Include: steam pressure links and pipework, plant and pipework, pumps and valves and commercial plumbing plus steam boilers• Log Book Management & Reports• Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regards to maintenance activities• Daily communication with clientMaintenance of industrial plant room and pilot plants• Strong leadership skills • Able to produce quotesThe Person:• City & Guilds Qualified in steam or Mechanical Engineering• Experience in a Steam and pressure systems • Hardworking, Career Driven • Ex-Forces Considered
