Position Purpose : The Planning Supervisor supports the country by measuring, designing, implementing, training and deploying business operating plans within assigned Regions, Districts and locations. Improvement initiatives as assigned and dictated by business need. Monitors engineering processes and procedures to achieve business results. Ensures service levels, analyses current practices, aligns international operations with company objectives. This position provides engineering policy and procedure support to senior management and operational leaders.

Key Job Activities :

  • You’ll provide Project Management Support , and you’ll ensure that the projects and initiatives are planned and delivered to the outcomes. This includes:

  • You’ll develop and implement project governance, including project change management, ensuring smooth project execution.

  • You’ll ensure compliance with project initiatives, capturing and tracking their specific financial impact and strategic value contributions.

  • You’ll manage and mitigate project risks and issues, adhering to escalation procedures, and innovate and implement efficiencies in project delivery.

  • You’ll manage potential multi-million-dollar projects, including facility and equipment moves.

  • REFTCO management - You’ll support business case modeling, analyze, and make recommendations on project feasibility studies to identify the most cost-effective alternative.

  • Project planning and reporting : you’ll lead the coordination efforts to define requirements and scope for strategic projects by meticulously schedule tasks, deadlines, and key milestones to ensure timely and on-scope project completion.

  • You’ll Regularly meet with business sponsors to communicate project progress and address any issues.

  • You’ll develop Master Operating Plans to ensure operations are meticulously planned with optimized assets, staffing, and network plans.

  • You’ll be supporting Country Management : you’ll collaborate with country management on various engineering activities, including reporting and coordination.

  • You’ll coordinate engineering activities with the International Engineering Team to align global objectives.

Education : Required Education: Bachelor's or equivalent.

Experience (EMEAA) : Preferred Experience: Broad theoretical knowledge in specialized field.

Three or more years of management experience in a related industry with a proven ability to remote teams as well as a track record of implementing strategic projects in a cross functional manner.

Must have the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
