Recruitment Administrator Location: Stoke-on-Trent Duration: 5 months Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm The role: Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their recruitment team, to help them make a real difference by recruiting and on-boarding some great new colleagues who are passionate about retail. Main Responsibilities:  Preparing and updating job adverts Screening candidates in relation to the job role Interviewing and selection Checking Right to Work documents, adhering to GDPR Keeping the recruitment platform up to date Liaising with key stakeholders and candidates to ensure a smooth on boarding process Complying with company policies and procedures Adhering to Company Health and Safety procedures Ensuring that a sensible work life balance is maintained by self and colleagues Ensuring compliane and that statutory training requirements are met About you:  Previous administrative and customer services experience Excellent communication skills Good attention to detail and interpersonal skills Proactive in nature and forward thinking using your own initiative Proficient in MS Word and Excel Confident in communicating with candidates and key stakeholders Results driven to support the recruitment needs of the business Interested?
