Boxtree Recruitment are exclusively working with a well-established, growing and profitable MGA in the heart of Leigh-On-Sea.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experience technical administrator to join a modern, fast-paced organisation who would like to take the next step in their career within a forward-thinking MGA. This is a brand-new role being introduced during a period of significant growth which means the successful applicant will have the opportunity to make it their own, develop and hone their skills and knowledge and establish themselves as an integral part of the business as it continues to expand.

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting with the administration of claims, renewals and day to day accounts
  • Accurate data input on internal underwriting and renewal systems and software
  • Working closely alongside the underwriters and directors with any additional admin support required
  • Supporting insurance brokers with their clients’ insurance renewals and issuing key renewal documentation, policy wordings and information requested
  • Handling all key claims and renewal information including company information, renewal dates, policy types and working diligently to process renewal policies

Required :

  • Have a minimum 3 years’ administration experience preferably in an insurance setting (but not essential)
  • Understanding of FCA regulations
  • Experience and exposure to the administration of commercial insurance products, specifically in relation to claims and renewals
  • Be highly numerate and literate
  • Have strong analytical and communication skills
  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • Be a team player
  • Have the ability to work well under pressure, working at pace without compromising accuracy
  • Have ambition and a passion to help drive the business to the next level
  • Be enthusiastic, positive and focused
  • Have a great sense of humor and desire to foster meaningful working relationships

Salary : £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
