The purpose of this role is to support the service delivery of client accounts across the People Solutions practice.Key tasks and responsibilities Leading multiline mid-major clients as a technical and trusted advisor, ensuring client retentionUnderstand clients benefit requirements and develop a strategic approach to benefit programmesEnsure renewal timelines are met, market reviews undertaken and policies placed in advance of renewalReview service disruption/dissatisfaction and implement appropriate actions with carriers to resolveSupport the broader development of insurer relationshipsEnsure compliance requirements and internal controls are fully metSenior peer reviewer/technical oversight of associate consultants and benefit analystsSupport leadership of local team Qualifications CII QualificationProven track record of effective stakeholder managementProven experience in UK large corporate benefit broking/consulting environmentExceptional client relationship skillsCommercial/value-add mindset
