The Job: As Cluster GM you will be fully responsible for the day-to-day remit which will include all Financial budgets, GPs, and Payroll inline with all agreed business forecasting as part of your remit you will be expected to work in collaboration with all nominated suppliers on brand and Product offerings,( promotions, working in line with your suppliers to make sure all staff are training and support with the very best industry brand knowledge and experience ensuring as a business all of your team are able to assist and serve of customers both establish, new and casual customers with great product and venue experience and one that they would like to revisitThe Person: Ideally, we are looking to attract an experienced “Wet Lead Operator” rather than a branded "Food Lead Operator" As our client's establishments are all currently trading as standalone characters with their very own quirky style of local city centre offerings, which has been able to help build the local clientele, helped with additional ongoing promotions that have helped attract on and off city trade, tourists and general passing trade that just come in as they are looking for something a bit more non branded and experience a “Scottish Type Pub offering great local Pub grub served by great warm, welcoming and engaging staff helping to create that home from home experiences.The Rewards: Our client is looking to appoint a Cluster GM circa £37,000 to £40,000 plus outstanding performance-related bonuses and benefits; this is a great opportunity to grow and join an award-winning employer and be part of a strong community employer program and take that next step on growing into a potential future area manager remit.
