Co-ordinator | Oldham, OL4 1HB | Part time – 20 to 24 hours per week | £12.25 per hour Since their establishment in 1990, our client has earned a strong reputation for reliability and professionalism in addressing their clients' lightning protection needs.

By collaborating closely with clients on their projects and coordinating effectively with other trades, they have built a long list of satisfied customers, many of whom have been loyal for years.
You will be responsible for the administration process from receipt of order to completion of works.
Hours to be worked over 4 or 5 days, candidate to state preference of working times.
Are you the right person for the job?
Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues via telephone, email, and in person Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written communication, able to convey information clearly and concisely Proven experience in organising and planning tasks efficiently Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Team-oriented, capable of collaborating effectively with others to achieve shared goals What will your role look like?
Responsible for the administration process from receipt of order to completion of works.
Processing purchase orders and organise file paperwork for engineers to attend site Booking in works for engineers to attend sites Update and maintain planning spreadsheets Closing down works and sending completion paperwork Closing date: Wednesday 25th September 2024 What's next?
