Hays are recruiting for an exciting opportunity for a Customer Training Manager to join our client on an ongoing long term temporary assignment for an approximate duration of 12 months. Assignment type: 12 months contract where you will be engaged via Hays Working environment: Hybrid working is an option after training based on a blended approach of "50% working time in the office" Hours per week: 37.5 Pay type: £450 per day The Role :

  • Responsible for the design and creation of an internal training programme that instils a customer centricity
  • Responsible for the design and creation of education, coaching & training for team managers to support them in the coaching of their teams to change the behaviour required for true customer centricity
  • Design learning that encompasses the whole Customer Journey so that associates can deliver exemplary service and facilitate good customer outcomes, applicable & relevant to all areas and job roles.
  • Responsible for sourcing external partner to deliver training
  • Act upon effectiveness of the training and feedback to further improve the impact of training courses
  • Overall responsibility for all training design contractors and outside agencies in the development of training material either, digital, e-learning and or face to face

Skills / Experience :

  • Managing external training providers is essential
  • Experience in a customer facing, customer handling, customer experience or customer intelligence role is essential
  • Finance and Insurance industry understanding including the regulatory environment
  • Strong understanding of the Automotive industry and practices
  • CPD certificate in Training is desirable, but not essential
  • Proven background designing, delivering, and evaluating blended training across multiple channels/formats in a comparable industry (Automotive)
  • Experience using content creation software to develop digital training, or extensive experience working with/using software platforms for content generation
  • Experience in an operational role or field sales role within the Automotive industry
