Are you a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for a full-time or part time long term position? This West Bromwich Nursery are a family owned nursery group with an outstanding reputation. Due to expansion, they are now looking for experienced qualified part time and full time Nursery Practitioners to join their friendly and professional team. As an Early Year Practitioner, you will need experience of working with children aged 0-5 and will have in-depth knowledge of the EYFS Framework. You will have experience of having your own key group of children and know how to support each individual child'slearning and development. The role, as an Early Years Practitioner You will: *Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for all children in the nursery *Work as part of a team in order to provide an enabling environment in which all individual children can play, learn and develop *Operate a programme of activities that meet the individual needs and interests of children in your area following the Early Years Foundation Stage and Development Matters *To keep records of your key children's development and learning journeys and share this with parents, carers and other key adults in the child's life *Support all staff and engage in a good staff team *Liaise with and support parents and other family members What you need as an Early Year Practitioner: *Experience of working with Early Years *You must hold a relevant Early Years qualification to work with under 5's *Be familiar with the EYFS and 7 stages of learning *Experience of planning for a variety of ages *Be Passionate and motivated to make a difference *A Strong team player *Excellent written and verbal communication skills Nursery Opening Hours - Monday to Friday 7.30am-6.00pm. The Nursery Practitioner will work on shifts patten - Full time 8-9 hours per day as per the rota, 35 - 40 per week - Part time hours to be discussed Why Aspire People?
