The V&A’s Marketing Department is responsible for building the V&A brand and nurturing audience relationships across the UK and globally. With a fully integrated approach to all aspects of marketing, insight and audience engagement, the team leads the V&A’s high-profile cross-channel marketing campaigns and partnerships, as well as CRM, visitor acquisition and retention for the V&A’s family of sites.

The Content Marketing and Partnerships team attracts and retains audiences for the V&A through the creation and distribution of content and high-profile partnerships. The team’s focus is building value through our multifaceted social media presence, commercial offer, brand licensing and partnerships.

V&A Academy is on a mission to become the UK’s best-in-class 'school of creativity'. Catering to a wide range of lifelong learners, the programme originated from physical classes and workshops and has evolved with the introduction of a fully-fledged digital platform, V&A Academy Online.

As the V&A Academy programme continues to grow both in the UK and internationally, this role will work as an integral part of the V&A marketing team providing essential campaign delivery and implementation to support the growth of V&A Academy across the family of V&A sites and online.
