Over the last 30 years, our global client has worked with a number of major international clients and projects and helped them with cable & pipe sealing systems and solutions.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for building market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing and maintaining business relationships.

The main responsibilities of the Sales Manager include :

  • Achieving sales quotas through solutions-focused sales to new and existing customers through leading, managing, and building relationship.
  • You will be looking to win business with main contractors, oil and gas clients and major infrastructure projects
  • Generate a strong pipeline of prospective customers.
  • You will be dealing at the senior management level with customers including senior purchasing/procurement, logistics also projects / technical / engineering
  • Play an active role in networking with key prospective clients
  • Must be able to effectively build pipeline through cold calling, prospecting, driving attendance to various marketing events and expanding business in existing customer base.

Key skills and experience required of the Marketing Lead :

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
  • Experienced in cable and pipe systems (must have)
  • Self-starter with good time management skills
  • Monitoring of commercial operations and negotiation processes.
  • Consulting: subtract technical support in presentations and necessary commercial actions
  • Coordination with the technology area in the identification and development of products that adapt to the needs of the market
  • Monthly activity reporting to the Commercial Management
  • Prospecting and planning customer meetings for the solutions and services
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Likes to take the lead, not afraid to get hands dirty, and likes a new challenge every day
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of an organisation
  • Experience in Account Management
  • Needs to be experienced in acquiring new clients as the focus will be on client acquisition
