Job DescriptionInfrastructure Engineer required. They are now looking for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join the team based in Corby, Northamptonshire – this position is a hybrid role with at-least 3 days in the office. The successful candidate will need to have excellent knowledge supporting Windows & Microsoft Servers/applications. Position Overview Providing support & troubleshooting for all IT related issues, from in-house systems, MS Office, & network issues Installing and configuring HW/SW & New equipment Network troubleshootingFirewall / Router configurationsEnsuring IT issues are resolved within a timely manner Active directory / Group policy / DNS / DHCP managementSupporting users, internal systems & devicesSupporting Microsoft & Windows operating systems Position Requirements At-least 2 years experience in IT Support & supporting Windows ServersExcellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 & applicationsActive Directory / Group Policy / DHS / DHCP KnowledgeExperience in Firewalls / Routers / Networking & troubleshootingExcellent customer service and communication skillsReliable, hard-working with a passion for IT Position Remuneration Monday to Friday Salary: £24,000 – 30,000 (Dependant on experience)22 Days Holiday plus bank holidays (increase to 27 days after 5 years)Pension SchemeParking on siteCareer progression
