A 'GOOD' secondary school in South Bristol is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their dynamic team. Job Description: Play a vital role in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment for the student. Providing 1:1 and small group support. Assisting in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) . Promoting positive behaviour management techniques and strategies. Collaborating with teachers and other professionals to support student learning. Monitoring and recording student progress. While no specific qualifications may be required for this role, having a background in education, psychology, or related fields can be advantageous. A genuine passion for helping students with SEND achieve their full potential is a very important quality we look for, as well as a willingness to learn and adapt the unique needs of the student.
