Job purpose : Supporting Key account customers and support with remote assistance.

Day to day duties :

  • Follow up on all open orders and report to the customers timely
  • Follow the Kiosk to ensure delays are reviewed and to keep the customer informed of any changes
  • Online manual searches to identify specific parts for customers
  • Work closely with pricing on any discrepancies

  • Technical background 1 year
  • Customer service 1 year
