You'll provide them with guidance and support, educating intermediaries about our mortgageproposition, mortgage products and risk policy.

Listening to our customer's needs and clarify their objectives will increase our customer loyalty, you'll play a key part in this.

The difference you'll make.

  • Building, developing, and maintaining Santander's intermediary relationship by supporting our IFA and brokers in alignment with our field-based Business Development Managers.
  • Managing and proactively contacting intermediaries to educate them on our full mortgage proposition encourage new mortgage business.
  • Working in alignment with field-based business development managers to deliver the regional target

What you'll bring.

  • Proven experience working in a high-volume contact centre environment.
  • Excellent telephony experience and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Knowledge/background in mortgages/intermediaries is an advantage.
  • Evidence in building and sustaining strong relationships.
  • Being able to learn and retain knowledge and information.
  • Communicates in a clear, confident, and personable manner
  • Experience in outbound contact centre roles and panel management.

What else you need to know.

Given the recent impact of the Coronavirus outbreak we will be conducting all interviews via telephone or video conference where possible.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract, which can be based in Glasgow, Manchester, and surrounding areas.
