You will take our people out on adventures, assist with daily tasks and encourage them to live their lives to the fullest!The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working with challenging behaviours and mental health and you will be passionate about promoting peoples' independence, enabling them to live their best lives.At Aspirations Care, we provide personalised support that leads to positive outcomes for adults who need our help most. Our goal is clear; to give those who need our support, the confidence, encouragement, and independence they need enabling them to work towards a future they deserve. Full training provided!You will play a key role in the service; using your knowledge and skills to work as part of a team, providing support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health, and autism. You will be responsible for helping with the challenges of everyday life, such as:Aiding with household and domestic tasks, including cooking and meal preparation.Assisting with budgeting and shopping.Supporting our people to access the community; including social activites and appointmentsSupporting with personal care.Assisting with medication.Encouraging and promoting independenceAll in all, enabling our people to live their best lives!If you are brand new and looking to start your career in Health and Social care or an existing skilled Support Worker who wishes to advance your career, we can help you achieve your own dreams and aspirations too!
