Wedding & Marketing Co-ordinator

Tie the Knot Wedding Catering is an award-winning wedding catering company based in Crawley, seeking an experienced wedding & events coordinator to join our team. Looking for someone to hit the ground running and handle enquiries from the offset managingthem enquiry through to the couples wedding day.

Core responsibility

• Enquiry response and sales
• Looking after clients from the initial enquiry to their big day
• Arranging and conducting tastings
• Wedding and event planning
• Working with the event manager & wedding administrator to produce accurate and updated function sheets
• Marketing and social media of the business

Other responsibilities included

• Business development such as venue growth and website content
• Wedding showcases and events
• Project management and brand development
• Blog writing
• You must have at least two years experience in events/weddings
• You are a confident salesperson with excellent written and communication skills
• You should have a flexible approach to work and be professional and polished in appearance.
• You will need a keen eye for detail and a real passion for food & customer service
• Own transport
• Most importantly you are passionate about delivering amazing weddings & events.

Hours - Flexi Hours

• Monday - Friday predominately
• 2 Evenings a week for tastings when booked
• Networking and Social events - evening or morning
• Working from home can be discussed based on office demands
• Weekend work when need to be present for client weddings.
