This will include for supervising and leading a team of Commis Chefs together with the Senior Chef de Partie or in their absence; participating in menu planning as well as being responsible for maintaining budgeted food and recipe costs; as well as training and developing other kitchen team members all to ensure our guests receives nothing but the best experience.Sometimes our guests have special requests involving dietary requirements, off-menu requests and even special occasions. Most of these requests are fulfilled by our Chef de Partie.The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a Chef De Partie, but we'll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
