German Customer Service Advisor - Hybrid

Do you speak fluent German? Do you have a strong Customer Service background? Then this role is for you!!! Hours - 7:30am - 3:45pm or 8am - 4:15pm Monday to Friday Salary - Competitive salary of 25k Hybrid working once training is complete (optional) The company My client create award winning products to help work places around the world to stay protected and clean as they can be! Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays in delivery, late delivery time frame, return of goods and/or faulty products etc.

  • Follow up of payments and reminders - applicable only to Continental Europe.

  • Liaise with technical dept to ensure the customer needs are met.

  • Liaise with and provide internal support to external sales team and other departments with the company.

  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer account records. Requirements :

  • Must be fluent in German or at a native level and fluent in English (written & verbal) to business level.

  • To enjoy building rapport with customers.

  • Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service.

  • Excellent communication, organisational & team working skills, willing to do what is expected with a positive attitude.

  • Can demonstrate the ability to prioritise, multitask whilst retaining attention to detail and accuracy.

  • To be a fast learner, computer literate & proficient in written communication.

  • Must be cooperative, agreeable, and sympathetic listener who gets along with others and enjoys being helpful to them.
