At Helping Hands we’ve been doing this for over 30 years, so we know what we’re doing, and we do it well, but this wouldn’t be possible without our amazing teams.

It’s an exciting time for us at Helping Hands as we’re growing our branch network with a series of new openings. We’re looking for experienced Care Coordinators who are as passionate about care as we are to join us on the adventure. We will support you every step of the way whilst giving you the opportunity to support your Branch Manager with starting your new branch from scratch and watch it grow!

As a Care Coordinator you’ll be responsible for :

  • Allocating the right carer to the right customer at the right time
  • Supporting the Care Manager with business development
  • Recruiting of the next generation of Helping Hands Care Assistants
  • Ensuring all carer and customer records are up to date
  • Liaising with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure the quality of care we provide is the best in the marketplace
