About this role : Duties to include :

  • Assisting routine tasks and the development and management of a suite of business reports across the business.
  • Providing general administration support to Head of ICT for projects and information management across the business.
  • Providing administration and training to support of the ERP.
  • Performs post-implementation support, identifying root cause with strategic solutions to problems
  • Works with vendors to analyse and troubleshoot solutions
  • Ensuring the accurate and timely maintenance of all systems and records
  • Undertaking any other associated duties deemed necessary for the ongoing success of the business.

  • Strong Support and training skills
  • Proven experiencing compiling, analysing business reports
  • Proven experience and exposure to Microsoft Office packages Excel and SQL
  • Basic understanding of network protocols
  • Proven interpersonal and communication skills
  • A methodical mind, with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Prior experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential

Desirable but not essential:

  • Exposure to BI Reporting Tools
  • Experience with Linux/Unix
  • Basic Understanding of Document Processing Management
  • Computer Science Degree/Discipline
