Call Receipt Administrator

We’re going through a immense period of growth, winning a number of remarkable, nationwide accounts . With that, comes a significantly increased volume of inbound calls and communications from both our new and loyal customers, which is why we have an urgent need to grow our team. We’re looking for, not 1, but 2 Call Receipt Administrators to join our incredibly busy inbound customer care team.

Duties will include but are not limited to

• Ensuring all call outs received in the call receipt inbox are logged and responded to in a fast and efficient manner
• Highlighting any risks to client delivery to the relevant departmental lead
• Review and respond to all customer enquiries
• Obtaining Purchase Orders (PO’s) for new works and uplift requests
• Liaising with all internal teams ensuring an effective and satisfactory response to customers
• Submission of customer reports and collecting and logging a record of documents where required.
• Supporting with ad-hoc administration tasks as required.
• Support the customer billing team with ad-hoc administration task as required.

About you

• We are looking for someone with a proactive approach, excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to provide a first-class service for our customers.
• Previous administration experience, ideally within a similar role.
• Excellent communication and computer skills.
• Customer focus, with the ability to resolve customer queries.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
• A high degree of professionalism and resilience.
• Ability to produce documents to a high specification.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to handle multiple priorities with a structure approach.
• The ability to work independently and the desire to learn.
