About this role

In this call handler role, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from existing customersYou will be given full training in how to provide first-line technical support to customers as well as providing industry-leading customer service to all customers.

As a call handler, you are expected to respond to calls quickly and efficiently, ensuring that an appropriate course of action is taken. Calls can range from customers wanting technical support to customers with general account queries. You’ll answer telephone calls in a friendly and understanding manner. You will either ensure that the issue is resolved on the call or that the appropriate measures have been taken to resolve the issue.

As this is a customer service role, the business is open between 9 am - 6 pm Monday - Friday. You will be contracted 40 hours per week and you will be given your rota a minimum of 3 weeks in advance.

Salary between £19,094 to £19,760 PA plus company benefits and excellent progression opportunities available. About you** You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks to meet the need of the customer. Good IT and communication skills are needed and if you have previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, although training and support will be given. The important strengths are that you have good common sense and can use your initiative and be friendly and able to build rapport with customers.
