This role is a vital part of our clients organisation, responsible for sourcing and managing In direct procurement for the business, including IT . In today's competitive business environment, it is important to ensure that we are obtaining the best possible value for money

Skills and Experience Required

  • Negotiation Skills
  • Multi-culture communication & stakeholder management
  • Be result and solution oriented; be able to solve (unexpected) problems (in short notice)
  • Procurement and Supplier relationship experience highly desirable
  • Take ownership and responsibility; have energy and drive.
  • Formulating and Implementing Procurement/Sourcing Strategies and Communicating to the Business
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Good understanding of Key Cost Drivers and Price Trends
  • Excellent analytical and IT skills; SAP/Excel knowledge highly desirable
  • Self-Management (priority setting, risk analysis, resources)
  • Networking and relationship management
  • Driving Sustainability through Procurement
  • Drive for team alignment; be able to work in networks; be able to work independently.
