Visit our website www.rsp-group.co.uk What You'll Do as a Business Development Consultant at RSP Group: - Direct candidate engagement: Proactively source and connect with highly skilled professionals through innovative outreach methods.
You'll build relationships that go beyond transactional recruitment, providing long-term value for both candidates and clients.
- Consultative relationship management: Use a consultative approach to truly understand candidates' career goals and aspirations, ensuring they align with the unique opportunities our clients offer.
- Market insights & client partnerships: Research and analyze industry trends to provide strategic insights to potential client companies, demonstrating how RSP Group can add value through bespoke talent solutions.
- Process management: Lead candidates through the entire recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, ensuring that RSP Group's high standards are consistently upheld.
- Client interaction: Engage with top-level executives, business leaders, and hiring managers to deliver tailored recruitment services that exceed expectations.

- Recruitment or sales experience is a plus but not essential.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
- Comfortable with making a high volume of outreach calls and engaging in client/candidate discussions.
- Flexibility to work varying hours to align with US time zones.
In order to be successful, you will be expected to work a few late nights (on these days you would start later than normal) - Resilience is crucial—rewards are high, but you'll need to be ready to face and overcome setbacks along the way.
