Sales Administrator

£20-23,000 per annum

Permanent - Full-time - Weybridge

A market leader in creating and distributing high quality reusable housewares and insulated food and drink products for over 20 years based in Weybridge, Surrey, are looking to recruit a Sales Admin Assistant.

General Responsibilities :

  • Admin support for the sales team, including completing New Line Forms, sending images and content to accounts and uploading to account’s online systems
  • Prepare quote sheets and stock offers, including product info, images and pricing
  • Assist the sales team in the preparation for customer meetings - including creating presentations, printing of documents and collation of samples
  • Managing sample requests, including sending, maintaining sample log and ensuring sufficient stock is available at all times
  • Assisting in market research, including weekly online reviews and seasonal presentations
  • Monitor and manage complaints across all platforms and respond as required - including resolving issues, monitoring and logging complaints and arranging replacements
  • Website support, including uploading content and images and ensuring this is kept up to date, as well collating payments

  • Ability to organise, plan workload and prioritise where necessary
  • Good knowledge on MS office, in particular Excel.
